The WRM series coal-fired hot blast stove is a new type of hot blast stove developed by our factory after many years of research and development. It adopts an automatic grate, mechanical coal loading, slag removal, combustion, and heat exchanger with separate connections to avoid direct burning of heat exchange tubes due to thermal radiation; The heat exchanger is compact and aesthetically pleasing, with high heat transfer efficiency. A hot blast stove is a heat exchange device that uses air as the working medium. Cold air is discharged from the outlet of the heat exchanger by a blower, and hot air with a certain temperature, air pressure, and flow rate is sent through pipelines to various dryers to achieve material drying. The high-temperature flue gas outside the heat exchanger exhaust pipe is generated by a coal-fired hot blast stove, and after passing through the heat exchanger, it is dedusted by a multi tube dust collector, and then discharged by a flue gas induced draft fan to achieve the entire heat exchange process.
Among them, the direct air outlet temperature can reach 100-800 ℃, which can be divided into three levels according to the outlet temperature: 100-250 ℃, 100-450 ℃, and 100-800 ℃. Different materials and methods are used according to different temperature requirements, and the prices are also different. The temperature is automatically controlled, with precise temperature control, sufficient combustion, and high efficiency. This device can also use industrial waste such as wooden blocks and sugarcane bagasse according to the situation.
